  At Kinetics we use activiser as a jobsheeting solution. For our Engineers it has cut down administration time in submitting their jobsheets allowing them to do what they are best at. For our administration staff it has removed the need to retype the jobsheets into out ERP system. They just review the job details daily, and then approve it. Our clients are happy as we have accurate real time details being sent to them as the job is complete and we can charge travel and time spent on the job down to 5min increments that with a paper based system would be a administrative nightmare. For myself I use it as a sales tool to view client job history as I pull up to the site, or answer queries while sitting in front of the client with the click of a few buttons on my mobile device.

Activiser is smart paper for field service teams. It puts their unique jobsheets on PDAs, so they send jobs out to their field workers as they occur and get the timesheets back.

It means they improve their customer service and maximise time use to get better profitability. Whats unique about Activiser is that our clients can use their unique data and automate this while minimising unnecessary changes to their business systems, thats why we call it smart paper.

With Activiser there is no need to change your current working service management system. We dont believe in making unnecessary changes.

Activiser gives field staff the information they need to do their job. It gives back-office the information it needs to support clients and run your business. All of this happens during the working day, so you remain in control of your service team.

Activiser is designed to connect to existing back office service management systems, to extend them to reach mobile field workers. Activiser gives them the information they need, when they need it, where they need it.

The Activiser server may reside on existing servers. All it does is take client and work request information out of the existing service management system, in real time, and package it ready for the field worker, with their PDA, when they synchronise. When they do synchronize, it then receives their job sheets, and passes this back to the service management system. And it does this as it happens, during the day.

Now, time can be managed better. Operations management staff can see how long tasks and projects are taking, as they occur. Completed jobs can be invoiced sooner.

Every time the field worker connects, it backs up their Activiser database. If they lose or break their PDA, their information is safe.
