    Dont go here. After chemically straightening and completely ruining my hair, the manager did not even know that leaving the neutraliser on too long could damage it. The only solution they offered me was to cut off all my hair (which was to the middle of my back - the damage was right up to 1cm from my scalp) and give me a refund - they dont stock any keratin or protein products which could fix it.
