- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆This company is so incredibly helpful that they charge $20 for emailing you a copy of an instruction manual. As far as I am concerned it makes no difference whether or not one has purchased directly from them or not. What matters here is the customer service and it looks like they have to look up these words in the dictionary as obviously they dont seem to know much about servicing of customers. If they charge $20 only for emailing a copy of instructions manual then you can imagine how much they will charge for spare parts etc. So this is not a company that I would recommend.
