- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I bought a Model Power train set from this retailer in July 2010. The locomotive was damaged when a wheel linkage pin came out on 22 August and I requested advice on warranty repair. It was 31 Aug before I managed to get in touch as they had mail server problems. I sent the loco away on 1 Sep and despite several follow ups I have now heard nothing since Dec 2010 and it is now Feb 2011. I would not recommend this retailer to anyone who expects normal product backup.By Stadia, October 19, 2019
